Dressage, or classical dressage, is one of the most refined disciplines of advanced equestrian training. This art focuses on the execution of precise and fluid movements, such as piaffe, passage and pirouettes, which require a high degree of communication and synchronization between the horse and the rider. The key to dressage lies in the subtlety of the aids and the ability of the rider to influence the horse with minimal signals, promoting freedom and beauty in the movement.
Horse riding requires fine coordination and precise communication between rider and horse. Learning to direct, control and communicate with the horse develops fine motor skills and refines the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
